From Boobtube to Youtube! – Becoming director, producer, and star of your own videos

This week, the Tools of the Trade Class is learining about YouTube. For anyone who has been stuck under a rock for the past few years, YouTube is where you can upload, share, or just watch videos on your computer.

Using Animoto, an online site that allows you to make videos using your own photographs, I have created two videos for my YouTube account. Embeded below is a 30 second video of my trip to wineries of the Russian River Valley in California.

In addition, I also made another 30 second video of my good friend Lauren and I. These are photos of when we went to Atlantic City, NJ to see Bret Michaels perform at the House of Blues. Here is the link.

I apologize in advance that I did not use a Bret Michaels (or Poison) song for my video but I was short on time and could not research if he had any available for public use.

I am also sharing this picture of Lauren and I after the concert. We actually got the opportunity to meet Bret. He really is a great man, supports the troops, and truly loves his fans!
